The number of exhibitors participating in the 2019 edition of Agriflor is growing steadily. Until now about 50 exhibitors have booked or reserved space in the international flower trade fair, which will take place yearly as of this year. The former biennial held trade exhibition changed into an annual event after last year, as a result of the different course the organizers decided to follow. The fair will as of this year focus more on new and smaller exporting flower growers as well as on growers that export other type of flowers than roses only.

Since 1992 Agriflor has grown to become one of the most international cut flower trade fairs in the world. It is the ideal location to source cut flowers and network with flower growers from Ecuador. Ecuador needs to have a yearly trade event for its floriculture industry, looking at the enormous number of cut flowers the country exports every year. It is one of the top 5 flower producing countries with a production area that is still growing.
Agriflor 2019 will be held from Monday September 30 till Wednesday October 2 in Centro de Exposiciones located in downtown Quito.
