Beekenkamp Plants Ornamentals has invested in sustainable BKX trays and in new seed lines. In addition to reducing the environmental impact, this combination also ensures an increase in plant quality, uniformity, capacity and efficiency.
Also at Beekenkamp Plants Vegetables, work to improve sustainability is ongoing. For example, all water is being purified with, among other things, the Opticlear Diamond, which means that more than 95% of the water can be reused. In addition, currently tests with drones are being undertaken in the greenhouse to be able to make quality measurements based on data.
