Canadian growers dealing with floods

Spring is around the corner and for some growers April 2019 did not take off well. Debs Greenhouse in Morinville, Alberta (Canada) for example never had a flood of this amount before. Later that month, Scott's Nursery in Fredericton, New Brunswick (Canada) had to deal with a flood as well.

And of course, holidays were celebrated and shows were held this month. After Easter (April 22) and St Jordi Day (April 23) followed which is an important day in Spain, and also for the red flower - particularly roses. And as Easter fell late this year, many growers did not have time to catch their breath for Mother's Day.

Regarding shows, the Flower Expo Ukraine, the Iran Green Trade Fair and IPM Shanghai were held.
