How are the floral companies doing and what are they doing during this COVID-19 crisis. With these questions in mind, Flower Circus started to set up live streams in which different businesses in the industry are interviewed. "It's about showing the situation in all links in the chain, from breeder till florist. On top of that, we will also show the situation in different countries", Flower Circus' John Elstgeest, hosts the live streams.
In yesterday's livestream, for example, Juan David of Deliflor and Jose Manuel of Flores el Capiro, both from Columbia, told Elstgeest their story. Click here for the see the recording of the livestream.
Earlier that day, Elstgeest also talked with Martin Groen, one of the Flower Magicians at Flower Circus. He owns a flower shop in the Northern part of Holland, and he does a lot of freelance work all over the world. Next to that he is also on the board of VBW, an organisation for Dutch florists.
