Florismart and Flowering Direct are online flower marketplaces where multiple suppliers are brought together in one webshop. From these webshops, professional British florists can buy their flowers, plants, foliage and sundries.
The press release continues by saying that both companies will continue to share the same vision to provide florists with a reliable service and a superior product at competitive prices. "We believe that together we can strengthen our market presence while enhancing our product offering. We are convinced that our customers will benefit from the best of both companies.
Florismart and Flowering Direct will continue to operate independently but will cooperate on sourcing, back-office and logistics.
