Since 1st June Katharina Eitel has been a new team member of the Mayer Group. As part of the newly established central marketing department “Mayer Marketing Solutions”, she will be working with Florian Läpple to design and drive forward the Mayer Group’s marketing initiatives for the company’s Steel- & Apparatus Engineering, Planting Systems and Laser & Sheet Metal Technology.
Katharina has been working as an event and project manager in the past and has supported the company at the IPM fair in Essen 2020 as well as producing the image film for the Mayer Group's Steel & Apparatus Engineering company.
She has organized national and international events as well as projects in the fields of music, sports and industry in the past years and has extensive knowledge in photo and video editing and marketing.

What are your tasks at Mayer?
"The aim is to establish a central marketing department for all companies within the Mayer Group. We will design and promote new marketing initiatives, as well locally in Heidenheim as in cooperation with our international partners."
What do you enjoy most about your job?
"I particularly enjoy the creative, innovative work and the diverse possibilities that the new marketing department brings with it. In addition, there is a familial atmosphere within the individual company divisions and their employees. This encourages new ideas and ensures motivated teamwork."
