Scores of people flocked to the Nausori ROC Market in Fiji to take advantage of home-made products, food, handicrafts and other accessories on sale.

Among the vendors was Pravina Rae, a florist.

She has been operating her flower business for the past 12 years and also shared her knowledge with women who shared the same passion.

Ms Rae said she imported flowers from the Netherlands and Bangkok.

She sold varieties of Bougainvillaea flowers, different varieties of anthurium flower, cactus and succulent plants.

Ms Rae said the flower industry was a growing market in Fiji.
