Agri Week, Gardex, Tool Japan at Makuhari Messe, Tokyo:

Japan: Hybrid edition of agri- and horticultural shows welcomes 23,175 visitors

Last week, from October 14-16, three Japanese agri- and horticultural shows were held in a hybrid format; offline at the Makuhari Messe in Tokyo and online on a digital platform. The shows were held concurrently and attracted 23,175 visitors. Even though the number of visitors is lower compared to last year (39,894 visitors), the organization, Reed Exhibitions Japan, is pleased with this result that they accomplished during this challenging times of COVID-19. "Both on-site and virtual venues were filled with high quality visitors."

At the Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, three different shows were held at the same time, namely Agri Week - consisting of AgriTech, AgriNext, AgriProcess, and Livestock - Gardex, and Tool Japan.

Next year, the shows will be held from October 13 (Wed) - 15 (Fri), again at the Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, Japan.
