Paul Boers Manufacturing acquires Omni Structures

Paul Boers Manufacturing has acquired Omni Structures on June 30, 2023. Brad Salter, the previous long-time owner of Omni Structures, was looking for a succession plan for his company and is very pleased with the sale of his company to Paul Boers Manufacturing.

The Omni product line and service will continue to be available and operate at its present location in St Catharines. Brad has agreed to continue to manage Omni Structures while the companies transition.
