Metazet FormFlex introduced the Hanging Basket System more than fifteen years ago for companies that cultivate hanging flowers and plants. Thanks to a new control system, automatic watering unit, and options for multi-layer cultivation, the system promotes efficiency in various areas. More than 200 companies are now using this new cultivation system. Metazet FormFlex is examing additional applications that will benefit the general internal logistics of greenhouse horticulture companies.
Efficiency has long been a strong point of the greenhouse horticulture sector. The technical supplier of greenhouse horticultural systems continues to play its part in this efficiency drive by devising new applications and improvements to existing products. 'We recently added a new control to the Hanging Basket System, which both new and existing customers have welcomed. We'll be demonstrating this new control system at the Cultivate'22 trade show in Ohio, and we'd be pleased to talk to growers about new supplementary applications. This is how we continue to improve and create added value for customers,' says Dennis van Gaalen of Metazet FormFlex.
Hanging Basket System
The Hanging Basket System promotes efficiency at greenhouse horticulture companies because cultivating on two layers is possible, the layout can be divided into sections, and plants are supplied with water automatically. The quantity of water can optionally be maintained via the OASIS water-by-weight system. In addition, the integrated pocket means work can be carried out on plants from a fixed, comfortable position. The system can be installed in both new and existing greenhouses.
Cultivate'22
The Hanging Basket System with the new operating system will be on display from the 16th to the 19th of July at the Cultivate'22 trade show in Columbus, Ohio. Metazet FormFlex will be represented at the show with a stand, where specialists will be present to discuss the system with visitors.
