The exhibition “Flora.Garden.Village” took off today in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana. At this 3-day event, more than 100 exhibitors from 10 countries Belarus, the Netherlands, Italy, Kazakhstan, Colombia, Latvia, Kenya, Russia, Israel, Ecuador) are participating.
The show is organized only shortly after the International trade show Greenhouses, Vegetable Growing, Horticulture, Irrigation, and Flowers. Fazenda took place, where some floricultural exhibitors and visitors could also be found.
Ornamental plant cultivation is not very common in Kazakhstan yet. Still, quite some floricultural suppliers were present as the production of flowers, again for the Russian market, is slowly being picked up in Kazakhstan.
