UK: Looking at the flower farm of Married At First Sight star Rozz Darlington

Many readers probably recognise Rozz Darlington as the delightful young woman from the 2023 series of Married at First Sight UK. A favourite participant with the fans, she projected an enthusiastic and bubbly personality, a quality which also comes across when you meet her in person.

The opportunity with MAFS led to numerous photo shoots for Rozz and an impressive social media fan base. But away from the glamour, and as you might expect from a gardening feature, there is a far more grounded element to her story, built around family, friends, and flowers.

Rozz grew up on her parents' farm near Crewe, alongside her sisters, Charlotte and Millie, surrounded by nature and animals. She developed a love of outdoor life, but like many young people, Rozz had no particular career path in mind when she finished school. She initially went into childcare, and it was perhaps fate that her first job as a nanny was in a home with a beautiful garden.

It made her realize that being able to spend time outside had to be an essential element of any long-term plans. When her employer introduced her to the world of garden flowers, Rozz became convinced a career in floristry was her true vocation. Her grandmother, Phylis, an avid gardener herself, was also a huge inspiration and a font of horticultural knowledge.
