FlowerTrials kick off

The FlowerTrials have officially started. It's a chilly start to the week in the Netherlands, but temperatures are expected to rise towards 30 degrees Celsius later this week. More important than the weather, however, is that the entire plant breeding sector is once again in full bloom, welcoming customers and other visitors to come and admire the latest innovations as well as the existing range.

Fifty-six participating companies are showcasing their innovations and future developments in potted and bedding plants across three regions in The Netherlands. Last year, no fewer than 5,300 visitors from over 80 countries visited the participating companies. Our reporters are on the road this week, visiting all the companies involved in search of the latest trends, plant solutions, and inspiration.
