Envu will unveil its expanded ornamentals offerings, including a new plant growth regulator, two new miticides, five new insecticides and two new fungicides at Cultivate'25. Through interactive displays in the Envu booth, attendees will explore the full breadth of the ornamentals portfolio, learn about individual products and talk about nursery and greenhouse concerns directly with the Envu Green Solutions Team. Visit the Envu booth (#1603) during Cultivate'25, July 13-15, in Columbus, Ohio.
"We are eager to connect with industry friends and colleagues during Cultivate," said Peter Farno, head of ornamentals at Envu U.S. "This year's show will be one that will be remembered. Envu has taken significant gains to broaden the solutions available to growers, and that is very exciting. Additionally, people will be eager to hear Janna Beckerman talk about industry research and trends."
In addition to the booth experience, attendees will have two opportunities to hear from Green Solutions Team member Janna Beckerman, Ph.D., during speaking sessions as she discusses the challenges ornamental growers face, specifically the disease pressures that put their work at risk.
"Disease Updates" - Monday, July 14 at 9:30-10:30 a.m. Eastern Time (U.S. and Canada). Professionals will be brought together from across the industry to discuss the new control methods, products and innovations to help growers protect their crops.
"Root Rot and Ruin" - Monday, July 14 at 2:00-3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (U.S. and Canada). The discussion will focus on the cultural and chemical management of the major root rot pathogens (Pythium, Phytophthora, Rhizoctonia, Thielaviopsis and Fusarium). Attendees will learn tactics and strategies that will improve plant quality and their bottom line.
"Dedicated expertise and stewardship are some of the ways Envu demonstrates our commitment to serving our customers, their needs and their pain points," said Mark Schneid, head of commercial operations at Envu U.S. "Through the acquisition of the GSS portfolio alongside incredible partnerships, we are not only expanding our portfolio of innovative solutions but we are also adding valuable industry knowledge. This leads to thinking about all the different pathways to innovation, which we believe will lead to sustained growth for our customers."
Expanded innovations for greater performance
Envu has expanded options for growers seeking effective and sustainable pest and disease management. Five new insecticides are now included in a comprehensive lineup of products designed to provide year-round protection against a broad range of insect pests. Each product in the portfolio addresses unique challenges faced by growers, from greenhouse operations to nursery and tree production. A new plant growth regulator shortens the stature of ornamental plants by decreasing internode length and is designed to produce more compact, visually appealing plants with improved resistance to breakage during shipping. Two additional miticides are designed to deliver long-lasting control of multiple mite species across all life stages. Finally, Envu has two new fungicides available to combat persistent fungal and soilborne diseases caused by Pythium and Phytophthora species. Together, these products offer a versatile and powerful approach to support healthier plants across a variety of growing environments.
