Trade mission to promote flower and plant export towards Eastern European retail

Flower and plant professionals can explore retail business growth opportunities in Poland, the Baltic, the Balkans, and Eastern Europe during a Floral Trade Mission Poland on 19 and 20 September 2023 in Warsaw, an event being organized by FCI, AIPH, and Fresh Market Poland with the support of the Dutch Embassy in Warsaw.

This flagship event brings experts in the floral retail trade under one roof at the Mazurkas Convention Centre in Ożarów Mazowiecki (6km from Warsaw’s city center).

Are you a company involved in producing or exporting floriculture products, or both? Are you interested in doing business with Polish retail customers, staying updated on the latest developments in the Polish retail market, or catching up with your existing Polish business partners? If so, consider joining the Floral Trade Mission Poland. This event provides a fantastic opportunity to connect with renowned companies and brand leaders in the industry.

It starts on Tuesday, 19 September, with retail visits and a networking dinner. Then on Wednesday, 20 September, we can promise a full-day matchmaking event under one roof at the Fresh Market B2B Meeting and Trade Show 2023.

No queueing or waiting is guaranteed, as your meetings will already be pre-arranged after registering your interest.

Fresh Markets is currently busy attracting the same high-quality retailers who attended in 2022. Find out which Polish retail chain hubs are interested in the floriculture business.

The professional visits and networking dinner on day one are free. The Fresh Market event on day two charges different fees depending on whether you are a visitor, exhibitor, or sponsor. For a comprehensive overview of the categories and prices, look here.

Flights and accommodation are at the participant’s own expense. The Trade Mission Poland’s matchmaker is Ron van der Ploeg, a floral industry veteran and editor of FloraCulture International. He is delighted to work with the Fresh Market team in Poland and will do his utmost to arrange the most ‘flowerful’ trade delegation meetings.

The Netherlands has been chosen as a partner country, leading to a strong contingent of professionals from the Dutch flower industry at this year’s Fresh Market event. He will be happy to inform you about the special arrangements available for Dutch growers and traders.
