The compact growing and hardy Pillow varieties are new types of garden carnations in exceptional colours. Pillow Red and Pillow Purple are two compact growing, very well branching varieties with filigree flowers. The flowers with an interesting star-pattern also convince with an excellent shelf life and continuous flowering until the first frost.
Pillow varieties have a flat, mat-like growth habit and are suited for pots and baskets as well as a ground cover. They are well-suited for cultivation in cold greenhouses.
