NLight debuts high-performance RV1600 at GreenTech 2025

At GreenTech 2025, NLight introduced its most powerful and precise horticultural lighting system to date - the RV1600.

With 6300 µmol/s of growing potential, the RV1600 delivers serious power for high-yield operations - but it's the 4x tunable channels that truly set it apart. Designed to give growers ultimate spectral control, each channel can be individually adjusted to suit specific crop types, growth stages, or environmental strategies - from vegetative boost to flowering finesse.

"The RV1600 was built for growers who need flexibility without compromise," says Joost van Rooij, Head of EU Operations at NLight. "Whether you're refining your light recipes for R&D or scaling across hectares of canopy, this fixture adapts to your vision - not the other way around."

The unit also boasts a 172° wide spread, providing even light distribution across benches. This ensures every plant in the system gets consistent, optimised exposure - which means better quality, more uniformity and greater efficiency.

With low inrush current and a simple plug-and-play design, the RV1600 slots easily into new or existing infrastructure. Wireless dimming, IP66-rated protection and compatibility with 400V input make it as practical as it is powerful.

For growers, this means fewer limitations - and more opportunities to push performance. Whether you're growing ornamentals, leafy greens, or fruiting crops, the RV1600 helps you unlock greater yield potential while fine-tuning for sustainability and precision.
